Master’s degree at the University of Connecticut with a special focus on Allied Health Education. She has been teaching the art and science of splinting for over 11 years. She owns CJ Education and Consulting, LLC which is dedicated to providing quality clinical education for therapists around the country. Currently Coordinator of Hand Therapy Services at The Orthopaedic Group in Hamden, CT, she is also an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. Noelle is co-author and co-editor of the book: Splinting the Hand and Upper Extremity: Principles and Process published by Lippincott Williams and Wilkins, 2003. She co-authored the Jul-Sep 2004 article published in The Journal of Hand Therapy: 'A comparison of high-profile and low-profile dynamic mobilization splint designs'. In addition, she wrote the chapter 'Wrist and Hand Complex' in the 4th edition of Joint Structure and Function (Levangie and Norkin) published by FA Davis in 2005. She also co-authored 'Orthotics in the Management of Hand Dysfunction' in 2nd edition of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Rehabilitation (Lusardi and Nielsen) published by Elsevier 2006. Most recently in 2005, Noelle was a co-presenter of the pre-conference institute entitled: Innovations in Splinting Techniques and Materials at the Joint Annual Meeting of ASSH & ASHT in San Antonio Texas.

from the University of Connecticut. During his nearly 20 years in orthopaedic/sports physical therapy he has utilized the Functional Approach and worked with golfers at various levels. Gary’s research in the areas of measurement and mechanics of functional testing, sport-specific testing/conditioning, and gait has been published in international journals and presented at various professional meetings. He is an assistant professor at Sacred Heart University teaching in the areas of exercise physiology, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and kinesiology. Gary provides staff training on the basics of the function-based rehabilitation.

She holds degrees from Texas Woman’s University and the University of Illinois at Chicago, has been Director of Hand Therapy for the prestigious University of Chicago Hospital, and an adjunct faculty member at Texas Woman’s University. Gail was appointed to the Texas Occupational Therapy Licensing Board by then governor George W. Bush. She is frequently invited to speak and write on management and clinical topics for Texas clinics, schools and support groups, and she is known throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area as a mentor to students and therapists alike. Gail owns and operates Covenant Hand Therapy, with clinics in Plano and McKinney, Texas.
