Rhian had six years international sales, marketing and events coordination experience in London, where she regularly used her fluent Spanish and French. For the past six years she has worked in recruitment in Edinburgh and has a highly successful track record of building a professional reputation within the local recruitment market. She has experience of all aspects of the industry, covering Consultancy and Account Management and, for the past four years, has held the position of Branch Manager at a leading national consultancy.
She prides herself on delivering the highest levels of customer service, striving to achieve the optimum result for both candidates and clients. Rhian has now chosen to bring her expertise and wealth of knowledge to establish a consultancy which will offer professionalism and flexibility to the local market place.
Caro’s background lies within purchasing in the Publishing sector, in London. On relocating back to Edinburgh five years ago, she transferred her negotiating skills to Recruitment, working as a highly successful Permanents Consultant for an international agency. During this time, she established a thriving HR desk, whilst also working within the Office and Retail sectors. Since then, she has completed her CIPD qualification and has been working as an HR generalist within the public sector, concentrating on employee relations and performance management.
