We use high cocoa-content dark chocolate imported from Belgium and create our own chocolate directly from single-origin Criollo (the best of the 3 varieties) beans from Tabasco state. (Yes, this makes Chocodisiac™ something of an anomaly--both a chocolatier AND a chocolate producer!) We use simple, unadulterated, fresh ingredients that complement the naturally seductive taste of the chocolate itself. All truffles are handmade in the European tradition, molded, and filled with rich ganache. We are constantly experimenting with new interesting and innovative flavors. Never overly sweet, always respectful of the essential flavor of the high quality chocolate base, Chocodisiac™ is a rare source of real, artisanal chocolates in Mexico!
