We hope that as our work grows and our website expands you will come to trust CHLOE, Inc as a source for information, insight and encouragement. CHLOE is dedicated to empowering and enriching lives of women through health and life skill education. We do this by offering on-line connections addressing topics that impact your life. Early in 2010 we plan to open Chloe's Place... a self-sufficiency home for young single moms and thier children.
