("CXTI") is a company listed in the OTC BB in the USA (Trading Symbol: CXTI) and its subsidiaries (collectively the "Group") situated in Hong Kong and China, are specialized in providing large-scale network infrastructure construction (mainly e-government projects) for communities and municipal governments in China. The Group also utilizes its network with experts from various universities in China to deploy business and IT consultancy services to corporations in Hong Kong and China. The Group's existing major clients include municipal governments, government authorities and other technology firms in China. Its income is derived mainly from four areas as follows:

The Group is currently engaged in three major e-government projects with a total project size of RMB450 million (approximately US$55 million) namely, 'Jinjiang' city for RMB180 Million (US$22 million), 'Nanan' city for RMB120 Million (US$15 million) and 'Dehua' city for RMB150 Million (US$18 million), of Fujian Province, China.

One of the Group's 100% owned subsidiary incorporated in Shenzhen, China namely, Expert Network (Shenzhen) Company Limited ("ENSCL") is the ONLY recognized foreign-owned enterprise (apart from government authorities) qualified to provide technological achievement appraisal services in China. Technology companies in China are required to obtain technology assessments and appraisal reports either from a government authority or from ENSCL prior applying for awards, grants and tax concession. ENSCL is the only authorized private organization in China to perform assessment and issue of technology achievement appraisal reports.
