We are a family-run company dedicated to bringing you high-quality, classic furniture and accessories at excellent prices. The Chilton name is as old as New England. James Chilton, one of the passengers on the Mayflower, was the father of Mary Chilton, the first child born in the Plymouth Colony. Following the Civil War, there was a manufacturing boom in the North. Descendants of Mary Chilton formed a corporation in Portland, Maine that reorganized in 1905 under the name the Chilton Paint Company.
Today, Chilton specializes in bringing you high-quality wood products at the best prices. You can feel confident doing business with Chilton, a name that represents over 135 years of business commitment to the Pine Tree State.
