A community’s health resources are often scattered across different entities, making it difficult for community members to easily access all that is available to them. Through a collaboration of our partner hospitals, Community Health Education & Resources (CHER) remedies this challenge by providing a central location for public and professional health education, screenings, interventions and wellness assessments.
