- This is my personal blog where I like to share recipes, kitchen ideas, appliance reviews, dining experiences, and life in general, with you. I have been an avid culinary enthusiast for as long as I can remember. It started off when I was a young child when my mother owned a small Italian restaurant. After school, I would walk to the shop and help my mother prepare the pizza dough. Pretty soon, I was helping her out with all sorts of cooking related tasks. On my 7th birthday, I got to create my own specialty pizza for all of my friends. I’m not sure if my fellow 2nd graders appreciated the subtleties of a deep dish candy corn and peanut butter pizza, but it still felt like my crowning achievement at the time.
