This person also owns other sites, one in particular called Discount Candles Shop. This guy is a pure rip-off. His BBB record is so horrible that I am even ashamed to admit that I fell for his "wonderful" site that appears to be legit. This guy needs to be put out of business. He is a scam artist. He has scammed people out of hundreds of dollars and is making a profit off of innocent people just trying to make a purchase. I would Google his name and companies and check out the BBB before you purchase anything this moron has to offer.
There should be some dates to these comments. Bagmo Family purchased Discount Candle Shop and a number of other stores in January 2007. Bagmo Family is not affiliated with the old owners nor have we been involved in any of the poor customer service issues. Our first order of business when we stepped into the warehouse was clean up all the old customer service issues which took about a month and staffing ourselves so questions could be address daily along with a direct line with a real person Monday through Friday. We cleaned up almost all the old problems and many old claims were covered out of our own pockets, we are now in our 16th month of operation and have been able to grow the company through quality service and quality products. We still have a long way to go but in a little over a year we have come a long way in developing our own recipe for a successful business. There is a great deal of work ahead of us and we hope to add more companies and continue to support our community. I think with any business you cannot please everyone, but today I think we can count those we haven't on one hand. Give us a shot, we will not disappoint you. From a Bagmo Family member. 4-01-08
