Checkmate Equestrian Centre is a fabulous Horseback Riding Facility and Boarding Barn set on two hundred beautiful acres of rolling hills in the Niagara Escarpment. We are conveniently located two hours north of Toronto and near the four season resort towns of Collingwood, Thornbury and Meaford. We are host to wonderful hacking through open fields and through scenic woods and our trails tie into the Bruce Trail (Kalopore).
