That and other frugal restrictions my folks lectured upon me solidified a penny-wise nature. You see, both my parents were entrepreneurs so every penny they made went back into their businesses. As I developed and ran my own businesses, I experienced their logic first hand. Not only did a thrifty attitude make economical sense, but I also soon realized that savings wasn’t only a financial decision for my future, but an environmental one. The less stuff I had or needed to accomplish the same goals, the more “green” I have become.
