- The West Texas Charity Review (WTCR) service is a combined effort of Better Business Bureau offices in West Texas to evaluate charitable organizations that solicit "locally". This charity review program does not comment on the "worthiness" of any particular organization or cause. Charity reports are an easy way for donors to acquire the necessary information about a charity before donating. BBB information reports also lend credibility to the non-profit community as well as help the community support worthwhile causes as opposed to losing their money to scams.
