She utilizes energy therapies, muscle testing, visualization, and counseling to help individuals clear the blocks in their life. She teaches graduate courses, provides consulting, and conducts workshops that teach energy psychology, improve leadership skills and guide individuals through a healing change process. Dr Roberts has written a how-to book describing her energy therapy process.
