It is important that you feel confident and comfortable shopping at Chozen Books and we assure you of the following: *Dustjackets of all hard cover books are in new mylar sleeves. *Hard cover books without dustjackets will be protected with mylar, cut-to-fit. *Soft cover and paperback books are encased in protective Dura-Saver covers. *GIFT WRAPPING and GIFT CERTIFICATES are available. *All books are extremely well packaged to insure they arrive as they left. *All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation for tracking, no matter what mailing method you choose and no matter the price of the book. *All orders over $75 will include insurance through USPS. If you are not satisfied with your selection upon receipt, you will receive 100% refund including ALL mailing costs. We ask that this be done within 25 days of recorded date of shipping, and that you make prior arrangements for return by email or telephone.
