Sometimes life gets too much for us. The problems never seem to go away, or new problems arise to replace old ones. Or we seem to be constantly swimming against a tide which never delivers real happiness, however deserving we may be. We seem to be living life at a distance, unfulfilled, frustrated, somehow losing the battle.
Most of us settle for a long life of semi-depression and anxiety. This need not be the case. Counselling aims to address these problems
Counselling is about shedding burdens and baggage and enabling a person to make real, beneficial changes, finding lasting relief and adventure. It assists a person to uncover hidden links with the past, often far back in a person’s life, giving understanding and greater freedom of choice, and dissolving the misery of trying to sort things out oneself.
