Cereal Partners World-wide (CPW) was formed in 1990 as a 50:50 joint venture between Nestlé S.A. and American food giant General Mills. The Head office is situated in Lausanne / Malley, Switzerland with a turnover over $1.75 billion.
The UK was the first market that CPW entered by purchasing the well-established brands Shredded Wheat and Shreddies. All Cereal Partners' breakfast cereals are marketed under the Nestlé brand name.
Cereal Partners UK has established itself as a major force, commanding 25% of a market worth over £1 billion. Our well-established brands have a long heritage. Shredded Wheat was first manufactured in the UK in 1926, Shreddies was launched into the market in 1955.
