We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, which is the body responsible for much of the legislation which has improved our profession. This includes all areas of renting and selling property, in particular the Property Misdescription Act (PMA) and the Estate Agents Act. As well as representing the industry in Parliamentary committees. The NAEA also has strict rules of conduct to which it's members must adhere including disclosure of personal interest, methods of prospecting and much more. To see the NAEA website click here.
Our staff all attend regular training courses provided by the NAEA, and other bodies. These range from Building Construction, Legal Aspects of Estate Agency, Secretarial Efficiency and much more.
All our branches run fully computerised networks linking all PC's within the branch and between branches. Properties are presented on large computer screens with both interior and exterior photographs.
