Cencal Recycling opened its Stockton facility in 2004 on three and a half acres of land in the Port of Stockton. We currently employ 18 people and process 2000 tons of recycled paper and plastic per month at this location. Our goal is to process as much paper, cardboard, and pre consumer plastics as possible by continuing to be the low cost provider in the Central Valley.
