Bad experience
I tried this company and nothing went well for me:
1. they shipped a battery and charger that did not match my order,
2. I had to pay to ship the product back, C.P.A.C. did not reimburse me for my shipping (it was their mistake, after all),
3. They list the wrong address on the return form,
4. #3 resulted in an additional week of processing since the carrier couldn't deliver,
5. I had to call to find out the return status; I'm not convinced they would have given me a credit if I hadn't let them know I was waiting,
6. #3 also resulted in an additional shipping charge since the address was wrong.
Next time I'll just deal with my credit card company and dispute the charge.
