The CEDR/ADR Consortium serves as a "clearing house" for mediation services, informing parties or disputants about the mediation and fact-finding alternatives and serving as a conduit to trained mediators, fact-finders and arbitrators.. The goal of the ADR Consortium is to promote fair, timely and economical ways to settle workplace disputes without litigation. The ADR Consortium offers a fact-finding and mediation coordination service to all disputants who a have a workplace dispute and who are interested in voluntarily using fact-finding, mediation or arbitration as a way to successfully resolve their differences.
