CEDDM is a local, 501-C3 non-profit corporation directed by an 18-member board of directors comprised of local small business owners, realtors, bankers, accountants, lawyers and representatives of community organizations. We are a Certified Development Company under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 as amended and are certified to originate loans under the 504 Program and administer the City of Des Moines’ Revolving Loan Fund and Microloan Programs.
