Since 1967, Clark Dodge had served the maritime industry for the State of Washington, DOT primarily as a Staff Chief Engineer for the largest ferry system in the US. He has a wide range of experience is in Operations, Vessel Management, New Construction, Maintenance, Refit and Planning. Mr. Dodge’s extensive civil career was punctuated by a service award from the state Governor himself as he retired from civil service in January 2005 to launch his consulting business.
