The Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd is the high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sale of high quality solar energy mono-crystalline & multi-crystalline silicon ingot and silicon wafer and IC wafer, which holds internationally advanced patented technology, production and detection device, it's predicted to introduce 100 sets of Mono-Crystal &Multi-Crystal silicon Furnaces at the end of 2007, the productive capacity is 80MW. At the end of 2008, introduce 200 sets of Mono-Crystal &Multi-Crystal silicon Furnaces, the productive capacity is 160MW; in 2010, introduce 600 sets of Mono-Crystal &Multi-Crystal silicon Furnaces, the productive capacity is 500MW, which will become one of the maximal mono-crystalline & multi-crystalline silicon industry bases in Nanjing,China.
