Programs to the United States require that your host company complete a training plan. Please read the information on this page carefully!
Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) regulations require that companies hosting trainees submit completed training plans/third party agreements to CDS International, Inc. for each participant. CDS will not issue visa documents without first receiving completed training plans/third party agreements from a host company. We have now made it possible for host companies to download the training plan from the Internet. Not only will this make the actual filling out of the form easier, but it will also speed up the administration process. Directions on how to complete the training plan are included in the download.
