This isn't some hype or marketing buzz. This is our attitude, and how we conduct our business. Since Richard Speer established CCI in 1951 to provide a steady source of component primers to reloaders, we have continued to innovate and serve the sport shooting community.
Few people expect to find a major ammo and component maker in a mid-sized Idaho town, but this location has defined who we are. Working and playing in some of North America's finest hunting venues, we bring classic Western attributes of determination, resourcefulness, and helping our neighbors to work with us.
CCI has been in the rimfire ammo business for a little over 40 years, but our determination and resourcefulness has made us the industry leader in rimfire innovation. While other companies sat on century-old technology and performance, we revived rimfire with exciting, high-performance products.
