I believe we have great potential for growth and development throughout our lives. Rolfing, as part of this process of development, is an exceptional tool for focused physical-level inquiry and transformation.
I have a BA in fine arts and life sciences from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, and was trained as a Rolfer and Rolf Movement Practitioner at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I have 5 years experience working as a Rolfer, massage therapist and physical therapy aide, and over 10 years experience as a dancer and student of yoga.
My background provides me with a sophisticated understanding of postural and movement patterns, and the ability to discern and change these complex patterns to the benefit of my clients. I am committed to helping each of my clients to have a comfortable, capable body that is supportive of any desired endeavor.
