Jamie Cashio was born in the small rural community of Laplace, Louisiana and is oldest of two children. Jamie graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. At LSU, he was a founder of the Gamma Iota Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, one of the largest fraternities in the nation.
He attended Louisiana State University Law Center where he earned the degrees of Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Laws. While attending law school, he founded the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association Chapter of LSU and participated in over 6 Trial Competitions, which gave him the motivation and experience to become a successful trial lawyer.
