area before moving to San Miguel a little over twelve years ago. She has also lived in New York City, Memphis, Tennessee, Cincinnati, Ohio and New Orleans and has spent much time in Basil, Switzerland.

In Washington, D.C. Liza worked in Real Estate and land development as well as interior design. Here you will see some of her work in the restored ruin which is now "Casita de Maria Luna".

San Miguel has afforded Liza the inspiration and provided her the opportunity to use her design ability. Her "Helping Hands" designs, so aptly named by Elwood Bear the former music critic of our local paper "Attención", may be seen and bought at the Casa Liza gift shop.
