I borrowed the Blade 2 dvd last night thinking that I would avoid reliving the 9-11 footage but I ended up watching an hour of the NY1 coverage. It was very powerful. Last year this time, I spent days glued to the tv either at home or at the local bar. Everything in New York stopped and the attack was all anyone talked about. It was emotionally draining. I can't remember when I started to tune out, maybe a few weeks or months.
