Carter Spray sells loosleaf mechanisms in a variety of colors to the looseleaf binding industry throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. We pioneered the powder coating of mechanisms over twenty five years ago. We will also coat your mechanisms supplied by your mechanism vendor in any of our standard colors or a custom color match. Our coating times are usually three days after we receive the mechanisms. If you order from our stock, before 2pm EST the order will ship the very same day.
