The agency was started in 1993. Susan has been in the industry for 25 years. Administration staff complete training from NVQ level 2 - NVQ level 4. All our carers complete training to a minimum of NVQ level 2 - NVQ level 3.
The aim of Care on Call (UK) Ltd is to provide the highest possible standard of care to enhance the quality of life for all our clients with emphasis on individual wishes to maintain a dignified and independent life style.
Our Services are tailored to meet individual needs and can range from half and hour through to full time care in the comfort of clients own homes. We provide a friendly and efficient cost effective service to enable our clients to maintain their independence. And enhance the quality of life, for those in our care and for their family carers. Our carers provide help with washing, dressing, cooking, a meal, shopping etc and cover the Wiltshire, Swindon, and Gloucester area.
