Family-based adjustment of status applications are no longer accepted in person at the Chula Vista Customer Service Center or the Calexico Satellite Office. Beginning April 1, 2005, applicants filing a family-based Form I-485, and/or Form I-765 and/or Form I-131, must mail those applications, as well as all supporting documentation, directly to one of the following address:
In order to improve service and shorten wait times, the San Diego District Information Office located in Room 1234 in the Federal Building in Downtown San Diego was merged with the Chula Vista Customer Service Center Information office on December 8, 2003. Customer service at the San Diego District Office will continue by appointment only. Customer service at the Chula Vista Customer Service Center is available only by INFOPASS appointment.
We are located in the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building in downtown San Diego, one block south of Broadway on Front Street.
