Unlike the Better Business Bureau and similar organizations that receive the majority of their operating revenue from their “business memberships”. We at CapeCrusaders.com are offer business memberships but the businesses must meet strict guidelines or they cannot continue to advertise on teh website adn they must participate in regular surveys and must expose themselves to customer scrutiny. CapeCrusaders.com is providing this service to educate the consumers of Cape Cod as to which businesses have performed with the highest customer satisfaction as chosen by the people who have dealt with these companies within the past 6 months. CapeCrusaders.com does not accept any money from any businesses except for advertising fees or rebuttal in response to complaints.
However, any company that has received an unsatisfactory rating by our members will not be allowed to advertise on our website whatsoever!
