Canadian Mussels Ltd. (CML) was created by consolidating the mussel processing operations of Atlantic Mussel Growers Ltd., Icewater Mussels Inc. and Ocean Choice International Limited. We are North America's premier mussel company with an annual supply of over 5,000 tonnes of primary and value-added blue mussels for customers in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia.
The product offerings from Canadian Mussels Ltd. include live fresh mesh, the consumer friendly fresh MAP (modified atmospheric pack), IQF (individually quick frozen) vacuum pack, RTE (ready-to-eat) meals in a variety of sauces, and other complementary products. The company supplies its products across all market sectors - including branded, private label, retail and foodservice.
