Camargo Rental began in 1972 as a franchise of Taylor Rental Center in Sharonville, OH. In 1976, Camargo Rental opened a franchise of Taylor Rental Center in Madeira, OH. Shortly after the Madeira location opened, the company realized the potential for the immediate area in Madeira outweighed the challenging logistics of a multi-store location and subsequently sold the Sharonville operation.
