Calmanx was established by Ian Darroch, a Scottish Chartered Accountant and UK Chartered Tax Advisor, and Ann Garrad, a Member of the Institute of Directors. In 2001 Calmanx took over Coda Corporate Services Limited which had been established on the Island in the late 1980s. The business employs experienced administrators, accountants, lawyers and tax consultants who are available to attend to the needs of entities administered by Calmanx.
As an independent firm, we can work with clients’ existing professional advisers to deliver a service in line with the requirements of our clients.
