Each cake, from novelty to traditional, is individually designed by Carolyn (left) and her team Asia, Amelia, and Angela in her shop in Putney, London.
Our popular designs are baked in sponge with a variety of jam and butter cream fillings and finished in soft icing. Cakes can also be created in our own 'rich fruit' recipe and covered in marzipan and a soft icing finish.
We use a variety of decorating techniques incorporating models, airbrushing and edible photos through to breathtaking individually wired sugar flower arrangements and 2-D and 3-D cake sculptures to achieve the desired effect for any occasion - this is truly cake art!
