Butler Collision has been serving Macomb County residents for over 30 years. Our dedication to the auto repair industry is evident by our continued success. Our goal is to not only make our customers 100 percent satisfied but to also make sure your vehicle is in top notch shape before driving away. Being in an accident is not fun. At Butler’s Collision we aim to make this time as easy and painless as possible.
Butler’s Collision began in 1979 as a family business owned and operated by Donald and Twila Butler, Robert and Gloria Butler and Roy and Roseanna Schnepper. After only a short time in business Robert and Gloria Butler moved to Gaylord Michigan and opened Gaylord Collision which is still going strong today. Butler’s Collision continued with the intent to make every customer happy and by 1995 Don and Twila Butler retired. Since then, Roy and Roseanna Schnepper have been the sole owners of Butler’s Collision continuing the mission began in 1979 to treat each customer as we would want to be treated, giving personal service with professional results.
Services
Insurance Repair
At Butler’s Collision we handle a great deal of insurance repair work. We are a direct service repair facility for most insurance companies and they know us by name. Our staff is happy to walk you through the insurance paperwork to get your vehicle looking good again. From AAA to Hartford, we are on a first name basis with them to make sure your vehicle is repaired properly and quickly.
If you’ve been in an accident and your car is NOT drivable, you can have the towing company bring it here direct or call us and we will send a tow truck for you. If it is drivable, then bring it in at your convenience and we will give you an estimate of damage and go through the repair process with you.
Lease Turn In
In Michigan many drivers do not own their vehicles and they take advantage of leasing, and driving a new vehicle. This option is a great one with less hassle of maintenance but when it comes time to turn your vehicle in, it must be in great shape. At Butler’s Collision we know how to find those door dings and every day scratches that come with just owning a vehicle. We can clean, buff, wax and repair all imperfections in no time, giving you that brand new vehicle to turn back in.
Pricing for Lease Turn Ins is based on vehicle size, and damage. Bring in your vehicle about two months before turn in so we can estimate your cost and have time to repair it for you. You will find the investment will come back to you at turn time.

Sometimes we just want to fix up our vehicle without claiming the repair to insurance. From painting, touch up, dent repairs, alignment, to aftermarket additions, we can discuss with you options to get the job done reasonably.
