The brand names of biscuits include VitaMarieGold, Tiger Variants, Nutrichoice Junior and Good Morning. The Wadia Group acquired a stake in the company and became an equal partner with Groupe Danone in Britannia. Its Non-Executive Chairman is Mr. Nusli Wadia, and Chief Executive is Ms. Vinita Bali. Groupe Danone is one of the leading players in the world in bakery products business. The Company is based in the Indian city of Kolkata.
