Meet Sue Brightman

Sue Brightman
Sue Brightman founded Brightman Glover International in 1998 after 15 years in organizational change management. After working as Employment Manager at The Christian Science Monitor and at Shell Oil as a transformation consultant, Sue studied transformational leadership for two years with Fred Kofman, author of Conscious Business and winner of MIT's Teacher of the Year award, in addition to her Master's work at University of Texas and the University of Houston in Social Work/Human Resource Administration. She completed the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation in 1989 and has continued active learning in the field of leadership with leading thinkers/authors in the field. Currently Regional Steward of the highly-acclaimed World Cafe process, Sue considers bringing fresh, leading-edge leadership practices to be a key part of her service to clients.
