After many years working in a wide variety of businesses, Don began to specialise in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in 2001. He has since planned and installed a wide variety of small-business networks. He is experienced in thorough assessment of Clients' specialist requirements and demonstrating the benefits of improvements to ICT systems. He keeps constant and wide-ranging contact with the ICT community, continuously maintaining cutting-edge knowledge of management, security and other ICT issues. Don also teaches networking at Holmesglen Institute of TAFE.
John is an experienced educator, systems engineer and project facilitator. He has spent many years in industry planning, developing and implementing information technology and communication system solutions, providing training, developing system manuals and documentation. He has a strong committment to breaking down traditional boundaries that have existed between the developers, providers and managers of ICT and those that must use ICT, and sees providing simply managed solutions to today's complex problems as a path to this end.
Warren has wide corporate experience, recently assisting with the Deloitte rollout of approximately 2000 machines nation-wide. He has assisted in Coles Myer, Bureau Of Meteorology, CIT Finance, ANZ bank and many more ICT upgrades, including asset inventory and data destruction. He has installed or upgraded many small networks and built or repaired diverse types of computers, including laptops. He is also able to source refurbished systems through his large network of contacts.
