Boro Pregnancy Counseling Center (BPCC) is a private, not-for-profit organization that helps women and their families cope with the concerns of a crisis pregnancy. An unplanned pregnancy can be a traumatic event in a woman’s life. Often, these women have little to no emotional or financial support from their families and/or friends. They often feel trapped into making a decision that is not best for them or their baby, hurt because those that are supposed to love and support them have turned away, and scared because they know that whatever choice they make, their lives will be forever changed.
BPCC helps these women by providing the support they need to make an informed, positive choice that will allow them to walk into the future with hope and a sense of well-being. We provide answers to the hard questions and connect them with resources (i.e. social services, support groups, parenting options, adoption agencies) within their communities to help meet their physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
BPCC’s passion is to help meet the practical and emotional needs of those faced with an uplanned pregnancy by connecting them and their families with caring counselors and volunteers whose goal is to ensure the well being of those in need.
