David was born in Midland, Texas, raised in Nacogdoches, Texas and currently does his writing at home in Cleveland, Texas where he's lived for the past sixteen years. He has a degree in education and taught for the Cleveland school district for ten years. David now considers himself a stay-at-home dad and raises his two young children with love and patience (most of the time). David also has an older daughter who has a great future as an artist (he hopes).
