ABOUT US
The Board of Directors is comprised of five members who are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario under advice from the Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care.
As of April 1, 2006 the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy has a total of 773 registered Naturopathic Doctors. Of these, 633 are registered in Active status for practice in Ontario and 140 are registered as Inactive status (not practicing in Ontario).
Board meetings are held monthly to handle a variety of matters including policy review and development, finances and determinations concerning complaints investigations. In addition, the Board has established committees or working groups in the areas of complaints review, examinations, continuing education, Parenteral Therapy certification, and policies of practice development.
