BoCor Holdings, LLC was incorporated on January 1, 2001. Previous to this date, BoCor operated as BoCor Producing, a sole proprietorship doing business from 1986 through 2001. With the transition of the BoCor Producing entity to multiple owners, it was necessary to utilize a completely different organizational structure. What transpired was BoCor Holdings, LLC, a diversified investment company focused on the development of crude oil and natural gas through acquisition and new drilling. BoCor Holdings, LLC retains the trade name of BoCor Producing. Today's management and ownership consists of the following 4 key people:
Thomas R. Hutcheson: Age 56. Tom began his career with the company in 1967. Tom spent twenty years growing and actively managing the service rig division of Canton Oil Well Service, Inc. Tom's knowledge and experience in well completions and service rig work is often consulted by industry peers. Today, Tom is actively involved in monitoring and maintaining current BoCor production, with special attention given to supervising the administrative aspects of the organization.
James J. Paumier: Age 52. Jim joined the company in 1972. Jim spent his early tenure growing and actively managing the trucking and excavating equipment division of Canton Oil Well Service, Inc. In addition, Jim had the overall responsibility of managing the Company's field operations. With BoCor's focus on exploration and development, Jim is actively involved in the day-to-day operations required to maintain existing production, turn-in-line new production, and prospect new areas for development and/or acquisition.
