During the course of 2009 BWC structured a deal with a Russian based carbon firm Climate Change Global Services (CCGS), whereby CCGS bought and equity stake in BWC. CCGS are in the process of developing their global presence with offices now in Moscow, Archangelesk, Kiev, Johannesburg and Cape Town.
