Customer Service Nightmare
This company may have the product, but they do not have the customer service to back it up. Pre-sale, I was told delivery of products usually occurs within 3 business days. I have placed an order over 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for delivery. When I try to contact customer service, I always get voice mail asking me to leave a message. I have left three messages over the last three days and still haven't heard back from anyone. I don't like to make online purchases very often and this just confirms why. Any "Wize" consumer should avoid this outfit. I know i will.
