Bitcoin Central is a 24/7 Bitcoin exchange. You can buy and sell bitcoins for Liberty Reserve USD, Liberty Reserve EUR, Pecunix Gold and Euros (bank wire). The source code of Bitcoin Central is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public license and has been released on github.
Bitcoin Central is under active development and everybody can create his own exchange based on this Ruby on Rails project. This market can be accessed in four languages: English, German, French and Italian. This currency exchange contains a lot of features, however the documentation about most options is missing.
