About Bipolar-Disorder-Survivor.com

Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders are sweeping the globe.

Find an alternative solution for effectively treating bipolar disorder.

I am Ken Jensen, author of "It Takes Guts To Be Me: How An Ex-Marine Beat Bipolar Disorder." I used to be a heavily medicated bipolar sufferer.

I changed the "medicated" part and in doing so, changed the "bipolar" part as well. Both are no longer part of my life.

Some people like their meds and have great success with them. Others, like me, are not so lucky.

This site will look at both sides and people may choose for themselves which way to proceed. As a former bipolar person, I tried both. Meds almost killed me and definitely destroyed me on every level, while only adding to the strength of my illness.

I was forced to go natural and this turned out to be the best thing that could have ever happened to me. Due to the factors I addressed to become well and the steps I took to do so, my entire way of life evolved. I became something more and I felt the best I've ever felt in my life. This continues to this day.

I still have problems, to be sure, but not bipolar problems. And the methods I used and developed to overcome my bipolar symptoms turned out to be extremely effective for overcoming all of my hurdles in all areas of my life. I now teach others to do the same.

My website offers all the best info about bipolar disorder that I can collect. I also lead people to other sources of help. I do not beg or force people to treat their illness as I did. I would hope they would but that's not the main point to the site or my existence as a consultant to the bipolar world. I present the facts and opinions I have gatehred and that others share, whom I respect, and the audience can decide which way or ways work best for them from there.

This site has videos, articles, and interactive areas where people can question or comment, thereby adding to the pool of knowledge about bipolar for the benefit of us all.
