We are Richard Kaufman, LICSW, and Donna Whipple, Psy.D. and we are are co-founders and co-directors of both Psychotherapy Associates of North Reading and Billing Advantage, Inc. We have been providing mental health and billing services for over 20 years. We are mental health professionals who have mastered the art of billing and want to provide that service for you. We have an outstanding collections record and provide a fast and accurate professional billing service. We devote ourselves to keeping up to date on all issues and laws related to mental health billing so you don't have to. Among other things, we are experts on parity legislation, and the HIPAA regulations, and their impact on mental health billing.
